The Duke Vein Clinic offers a comprehensive approach to treat venous disease at our clinics in Durham and Raleigh, North Carolina. Whether you come for medical or cosmetic reasons, helping you attain a better quality of life is our priority.

On your first visit, we will perform duplex ultrasound, which helps us understand your venous flow and allows us to develop a customized care plan built around treatments that will best meet your needs.

We offer a wide variety of the latest non-surgical procedures for the treatment of:

  • Spider veins
  • Varicose veins
  • Leg swelling and leg pain
  • Chronic venous insufficiency
  • Leg skin changes
  • Leg ulcers
  • Phlebitis
  • Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
  • Vascular malformations

Minimally invasive procedures such as endoveous laser ablation, endovenous radiofrequency ablation, and sclerotherapy are among the most common treatments performed at the Duke Vein Clinic.

Improvements to treatment methods have significantly decreased the pain and discomfort that was long associated with treating varicose or spider veins.

Our dedication to providing the best possible treatment to our patients is complemented by our research program, which is involved in numerous studies aimed at improving patient outcomes and refining new techniques.
