• Blood Bank and Transfusion Services assure the availability of adequate quantities of correctly matched blood and blood products to meet the surgical and medical needs of Duke patients.
• Stem Cell Laboratory assists in the identification, procurement, processing, and administration of correctly matched bone marrow and stem cell products to meet the medical needs of each Duke bone marrow transplant patient.
• Gould Pharmacology Laboratory provides pharmacologic monitoring of blood levels in pharmaceutical protocols of specific bone marrow transplant and other oncology patients to optimize treatment regimens.
