The Youth Education and Prevention (YEP) Network is a Partners In Caring initiative covering seven North Carolina counties -- providing comprehensive prevention services and interventions to teens, parents, and caregivers.

These services include the Let’s Talk teen prevention intervention, the Positive Transitions prevention intervention for youth living with HIV -- a Family Services Advocate and confidential HIV testing in the community for youth and others seeking to know their HIV status.
