Let's Talk is a community-based program working through local churches and community-based organizations in the North Carolina counties of Durham, New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, Duplin, Columbus and Onslow that is committed to educating and training youth to become more active participants in their life choices, rights, and goals.

The program’s objectives are to provide information to teens and parents or caregivers about HIV and other STDs, abstinence, peer pressure, teen pregnancy, substance abuse, and other issues.

The Let's Talk program is a component of Partners In Caring’s Youth Education and Prevention (YEP) Network.
