This 45-minute class meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for an eight-week period. Class size is limited to 10 participants, and all participants must have a physician's clearance prior to the class starting.
The class uses functional training and Tai Chi with a focus on balance exercises to improve posture and stability, and stretching to increase flexibility. A variety of equipment such as weighted bars, free weights, medicine balls, resistance bands, and body weight will be used.
