Keri Linares came to DHFC in 2006 to work with our nutrition programming. She is a registered dietitian (RD) through the American Dietetic Association and also a licensed dietitian (LD) in the state of North Carolina. Keri received her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Food Management from The Ohio State University. With expertise in managing clinical nutrition issues like Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, Eating Disorders and Weight Management, Keri enjoys integrating scientific practices with practical lifestyle management.
As a dedicated member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and North Carolina State and local Dietetic Associations, Keri’s repertoire of current best practices flourishes. In compliment to her clinical skills, Keri’s gifts of encouragement and problem solving achieve lasting results. She streams passion into life--change in a way that motivates and stimulates growth. In her free time, Keri enjoys being with her husband and two daughters, walking outdoors and cooking. Nutrition is an important part of her everyday life and she enjoys sharing a healthy lifestyle with her family and community.
