Health Psychologists/Counselors

All of our therapists are either PhD or Master’s level therapists and are licensed to practice in the state of North Carolina.

Our health psychology therapists play a leading role in our Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs, Executive Health and Healthy Escapes programs, the local Weight Loss Program, and the stress management services offered at the Duke Center for Living.

Both individual therapy and group therapy are provided, with a focus on mind-body health, stress management, and behavior change. In addition, therapists teach experiential classes on behavior change, stress management, relaxation, and general wellness at the Duke Center for Living.
