As needed or requested, we will provide referrals to other Duke Center for Living or Duke University Health System programs. These visits are not included in the basic Comprehensive Health Assessment package.

These referrals can address a broad range of health and wellness issues, including:

• Preventive cardiology
• Duke Integrative Medicine
• Additional nutrition classes
• Mindful eating
• Behavioral medicine for continuing stress management
• Women's health specialties
• Healthy Escapes and Center for Living Retreat Programs
• Personal training
• Access to the Duke Diet and Fitness Center and additional weight management programs
• Smoking cessation
