Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp coriander, ground
  • 4 (4 oz) yellowfin tuna loin fillets
  • 1 Tbsp canola oil

Directions

  1. Heat pan on high heat.
  2. Season tuna with pepper and coriander.
  3. Add oil to pan.
  4. Sear tuna on all sides, cooking to desired doneness.
  5. Serving suggestion: top with tomato-saffron vinaigrette.
