The Triangle
The Triangle is a metropolitan region that is centered around three counties: Wake, Durham, and Orange. Each county has a Convention and Visitors Bureau and Chamber of Commerce to provide specific and comprehensive information.
The Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitors Bureau provides information about North Carolina's capital city and Wake County attractions, including the N.C. Capital, Executive Mansion, State Legislative Building, N.C. State University, N.C. Museum of Art, N.C. Museum of History, N.C. State Museum of Natural Sciences, Carolina Mudcats, Raleigh IceCaps and Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Two other sites that may be of use are the
City of Raleigh site and the Wake County site.The Durham Convention and Visitors Bureau provides information about Durham attractions, including Research Triangle Park, Duke University, the Durham Bulls and the Museum of Life and Science.
The Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitors Bureau provides information about the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the town of Chapel Hill and historic Hillsborough, N.C.
