Join Lloyd Hey, MD, as he explains the spine’s role in your overall health and how long-term habits can affect spine function. He will present practical advice for children and adults, explaining the role of diet, supplements, exercise, book bags, phone and desk ergonomics, injury prevention and early detection of spinal deformities and other disorders.
