Research Interests:
Areas of current research interests to me include the following: Malignant melanoma of the head and neck (sentinel node biopsy and lymphoscintography), the treatment of staged III and stage IV squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck; reconstructive procedures of the head and neck following ablative surgery with free flaps; clinical applications of endoscopic sinus surgery. I am also working in conjunction with other researchers on biochemical action of the membranes in chronic sinusitis and polyposis and the molecular genetic makeup of cancers of the head and neck.
