Pulmonary hypertension in setting of end-stage liver disease, treatment of pulmonary hypertension with inhaled prostacyclin, cardiovascular responses to inhaled vasodilators, transesophageal echocardiographic evaluation of right ventricular function, delirium and cognitive dysfunction after noncardiac surgery
