Research Interests
My research interests are clinical trial development, data quality of the electronic anesthesia record, and methods of measuring data quality. Current research projects include 1) determining whether depth of anesthesia affects development of emergence agitation post-operatively, 2) comparing completeness of anesthesia documentation between different implementations of our Anesthesia Information Management System, and 3) developing a way to measure data quality of the electronic pre-anesthetic assessment.
