Clinical Interests
Care of patients with hematologic cancers, research in improving treatment and outcomes in hematologic cancers, particularly chronic lymphocytic leukemia; research in survivorship issues

Research Interests
My area of expertise is in leukemias and lymphomas, specifically Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma.  My research interests are focused on improving treatment options for patients with hematologic malignancies, by 1) identifying promising new agents and testing them in the laboratory, 2) developing biomarkers that can predict treatment sensitivity and response, and 3) translating these findings into the clinic by performing clinical research trials.
