Clinical Interests:
Female urology with emphasis on urinary incontinence and vaginal prolapse (combined urology and gynecologic approach), reconstructive urology and bladder dysfunction in men and women, urinary incontinence in men, reconstruction for urethral stricture and trauma and new bladder construction and urinary diversion, video urodynamic study of particular value in patients with bladder emptying problems and bladder outlet obstructive symptoms

Research Interests:
My area of research interest and activity is in lower urinary tract function.  This involves the evaluation of urinary incontinence using laboratory techniques which encompass pressure flow studies, simultaneous radiographic visualization and neurophysiologic testing of muscle activity.  This is a technology driven subspecialty utilizing digitalized evaluation techniques and lends itself to the assessment of pharmacologic activity on the urinary tract.  My second area of clinical activity is in reconstruction of the lower urinary tract using autologous and prosthetic devices.
