Fellowship:
  • Thoracic Imaging, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Massachusetts, 1989-1990

Clinical Interests:
General thoracic imaging, P.E.T. imaging of the thorax, interventional procedures in the thorax

Research Interests:
There are numerous ongoing clinical investigations in the Thoracic Radiology Section, including PET imaging for lung cancer and interventional procedures.

The laboratory work includes two basic areas;
1) Molecular Imaging
2) Proteomics: Discovery of Biomarkers and Molecular Targets

We have a basic science Molecular Diagnostics laboratory which primarily focuses on tumor imaging and cancer biology. We use combinatorial libraries to develop novel tumor imaging agent. In additiona we have developed a proteomics platform for the discovery of molecular targets and novel biomarkers.
