How to Request an Appointment
For all services except Duke Weight Loss Surgery, Duke Executive Health Program, and Robert Preston Tisch Brain Tumor Center. For these cases, see "Special Program Appointments" below.
Request an Appointment Online
To request a non-urgent appointment at most Duke University Health System location, visit healthview.dukehealth.org and use our online form.
Request an Appointment by Phone
If you prefer to speak with someone regarding an appointment, call the Duke Consultation and Referral Center at 888-ASK-DUKE (888-275-3853), Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.
