The Walltown Neighborhood Clinic, a joint program of Lincoln
Community Health Center and Duke Community Health, was designed
to meet the health needs in the Walltown community and Durham
County. The clinic is housed in a renovated house in Durham and
is on the city bus line.

The health clinic is designed for all members of the family,
treating infants to older adults.
Medical Services Offered
Clinic staff includes a physician medical director, two
physician assistants, nurses, and an office manager.
Staff offer physicals for all ages, preventive testing and
counseling, well-baby check ups, well woman care, hearing,
vision, dental and nutrition screenings, treatment for acute
illnesses, routine immunizations, lab testing and health
education, mental health assessment, management of chronic
health conditions, and referrals to specialists.
The clinic accepts insurance, including Medicaid,
HealthChoice, and Medicare.
For those without insurance, fees are based on the
Lincoln Community Health Center’s sliding scale fee.
Patients enroll by appointment and the clinic also
accepts walk-in patients.
After-hours and back-up care is provided by Lincoln
Community Health Center.
