Here's how to get to Triangle Heart Associates:

From Interstate 85

• From either direction, take the Duke Street exit (exit 176).
• Make a right turn at the end of the exit ramp. At that point you will be northbound on Duke Street.
• Travel approximately 0.7 to 0.8 miles.
• On your left will be a sign for Central Medical Park. We are located in building 700.

From 501 North (Roxboro Road in Durham)

• In Durham, Duke Street will fork off to the right from Roxboro Road.
• Travel south on Duke Street, approximately 1.7 miles from this point.
• Central Medical Park will be on your right after you pass Stadium Drive. We are located in building 700 within Central Medical Park.

From Durham Freeway (147) South (East)

• Take the Chapel Hill Street exit (exit 13).
• At the end of the exit ramp, take a left onto Chapel Hill Street.
• Travel through one stoplight.
• At the second stoplight, (Durham Police Department is on the right), take a left onto Duke Street.
• Travel just over 2.5 miles. Central Medical Park will be on your left. We are located in building 700.

From Durham Freeway (147) North (West)

• Take the Duke Street exit (exit 12C) near downtown Durham.
• Take a right at the end of the exit ramp.
• Travel approximately three miles on Duke Street.
• Central Medical Park will be on the left. We are located in building 700.
