Telephone

We make every attempt to personally answer each call to our office. During periods of high call volume, your call may be answered by an automated phone system. You can follow the prompts to reach a member of our staff. If you are not comfortable navigating the automated system, you can leave a message when prompted and a staff member will return your call.

Questions

If you are a patient of the practice and have a medical question that needs to be addressed during regular business hours, please contact your physician's care team directly.

Prescriptions

Prescription refill requests will only be accepted from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday - Friday. We will not honor requests made after hours or on weekends. Requests should be made to your physician's care team.

Appointments and Consultations

Appointments are scheduled in advance with the physician of your choice by calling the office at 919-471-9622. The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m, Monday - Friday. Please call the office for additional information.

Emergencies

During office hours there is always a physician or physician's assistant attending to patients needing immediate attention.

• During clinic hours: You may contact our office at 919-471-9622.
• Off hours: If you have an emergent need to contact our office during off hours, please call our answering service at 919-470-4442 and they will be able to reach the member of our medical care team on call at the time

Cancellations

We ask that you provide us with notice if you are unable to keep an appointment. This consideration will create availability for another patient requiring medical care.
