The Employee Occupational Health and Wellness Clinic is located on the Duke South Clinic Campus. This location is used primarily by Duke employees but is available to any companies that find this location more accessible than our other locations.

Parking: Parking is available in a parking garage on Trent Drive. Cost: $1 per hour.

  • Medical Review Officer services
  • DOT examinations
  • Fitness for duty evaluations

  • FAA examinations

We require 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Please call regarding cancellations and rescheduling of appointments. There is a fee charged for missed appointments and for appointments cancelled less that 24 hours before scheduled time.
