At this location we provide the following services:
- Pre-employment examinations
- Treatment of work injuries
- Evaluation and treatment of work related illnesses
- Drug screening
- Fitness for duty evaluations
We require 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Please call regarding cancellations and rescheduling of appointments. There is a fee charged for missed appointments and for appointments cancelled less that 24 hours before scheduled time.
