Payment and Insurance

Please bring your insurance card. We ask that patients provide their co-payments, coinsurance, and deductible payments at the time of service.

Patients without insurance or proof of insurance will be responsible for payment at the time of service.

We offer a discount for self-pay patients and accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
