This location includes the following programs and services:
Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic(POPC): Staffed by resident-level psychiatrists who are supervised by Duke Medicine psychiatrists, the POPC offers diagnostic evaluations and treatment, including medication management and psychotherapy. A wide range of psychiatric and emotional difficulties are treated, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress, schizophrenia, and personality disorders. The clinic also offers social work services.
Cognitive Behavioral Research and Treatment Program: This full-service psychotherapy clinic delivers sophisticated treatments for adult individuals and couples. We use cognitive behavior therapies, mindfulness-based interventions, and dialectical behavior therapies to treat conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders.
Duke Addictions Program: This program offers an integrated, comprehensive approach to substance abuse therapy for people who are dependent upon alcohol or drugs. We provide skilled, compassionate, and comprehensive care for issues relating to drug and alcohol addiction.
