Please bring your insurance card to each appointment. We ask that patients pay their copayments, coinsurance, and deductible payments at the time of service.

We accept Medicare as primary insurance.

Patients without insurance or proof of insurance will be responsible for payment at the time of service. We offer a discount for self-pay patients and accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
