Payment and Insurance

Please bring your insurance card to each appointment. All co-payments, coinsurance, and deductibles are expected at the time of service.

Patients without insurance cards or insurance coverage will be responsible for payment in full at the time of service. We accept Medicare as primary insurance.

Prescriptions and Refills

Please contact your pharmacy directly for refills, allowing 48 hours for the process. All other prescription requests should be made during normal business hours.
