Duke Oral Surgery
The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic provides the following clinical services: congenital and acquired facial deformities; adult and pediatric trauma; lesions, ulcerations of the mouth, tongue, mandible, maxilla; sleep apnea and dentoalveolar infections and disease. Specific procedures performed include temporomandibular joint (TMJ) surgery, orthognathic surgery, dental implants, and reconstructive surgery.

Parking: Parking is available in a parking garage on Trent Drive. Cost: $1 per hour.

Additional Location Details

From the parking garage, proceed across the street to Baker House. Go to Entry #4 and go through the double doors. Once through the double doors, turn to the left and proceed to Room 111.

Dental patients should bring a referral from their dentist, and if possible a recent panorex X-ray.

Medical patients should bring a referral from your referring physician/primary care physician.

Orthognathic patients should bring a referral from your orthodontist, as well as panorex X-rays, cephalometric X-rays, models, and photographs.
