Via 1-85 North

• Take Exit 172 to merge onto NC 147 (Durham Freeway)
• Take Exit 15B (Hillandale Rd./Fulton St.) off Durham Freeway
• Turn right onto Fulton St. South.
• Turn left at the second light onto Erwin Rd.
• Turn right at first light onto Trent Dr.
• Parking garage is about 1/10 mile up on the left. Patients can be dropped at the entrance of the clinic.

Via I-85 South

• In Durham, take the Exit 174A Hillandale Rd.
• Turn left onto Hillandale Rd.
• At the fourth light Hillandale Rd. becomes Fulton St.
• Keep going straight under NC 147.

Duke Clinic Parking

• Turn left at the second light onto Erwin Rd.
• Turn right at first light onto Trent Dr.
• Parking garage is about 1/10 mile up on the left. Patients can be dropped at the entrance of the clinic.

From RDU Airport, Raleigh and Points East

Via I-40 West

• Exit onto the Durham Freeway (NC 147) North.
• Take Durham Freeway to the Elba St./Trent Dr. (Exit 15A).
• Go over bridge; veer left toward the stop sign (Trent Dr.)
• Go straight through stop sign
• Go straight at stop light

Duke Clinic Parking

• Turn left at the second light onto Erwin Rd.
• Turn right at first light onto Trent Dr.
• Parking garage is about 1/10 mile up on the left. Patients can be dropped at the entrance of the clinic.

From Chapel Hill

Via U.S. 15-501 North

• Take 15-501 North, marked Duke Univ./Med Ctr. Do not take 15-501 Business.
• Take NC 147 Durham Freeway South, Exit 108 .
• Take Durham Freeway to Fulton Street, Exit 15B.
• Turn right onto Fulton Street.

• Turn left at the second light onto Erwin Rd.
• Turn right at first light onto Trent Dr.
• Parking garage is about 1/10 mile up on the left. Patients can be dropped at the entrance of the clinic.

Parking

Valet parking service is available at Duke Clinic at Entry 1 (main entrance) and at the entrance to the Duke Cancer Institute. The service is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. A flat rate of $7 per day includes all your parking charges.

Disabled Access

The Duke Clinic facility is handicapped accessible, with appropriate ramps, entrances, elevators, and parking available.
