• Take the 440 Outer beltline to exit 13B.
• Go right onto Hwy 64 Business for about five miles
• At Hodge Road go left into Legacy Oaks.
• Take a right onto Legacy Oaks Drive.
• Go 200 yards and Duke Medical Plaza Knightdale will be on your right.

From Zebulon / Wendell

• Take the 264/64 West Hwy towards Raleigh.
• Take exit 423 onto Hwy 540.
• Take exit 24, then proceed left onto Hwy 64 Business.
• Go right onto Hodge Road into Legacy Oaks Development.
• Take a right onto Legacy Oaks Drive.
• Go 200 yards and Duke Medical Plaza Knightdale will be on your right.
