DGIM Patient Channel Policy

To our patients:

Effective August 31, 2007, patients of Duke General Internal Medicine will no longer be able to request prescription refills or to request appointments or specialist referrals using the Patient Channel option on DukeHealth.org.

Prescriptions Refills

The preferred method to request prescription refills is to ask your pharmacy to contact our offices by fax with your refill requests at:

Duke Health Center at Pickett Road: 919-419-8564
Duke Health Center at Southpoint: 919-572-6070

Please allow one business day to complete the refill request. Faxes received after noon on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
