Review Your DGIM Test Results Online

Three quick steps to access your results on the Duke Medicine's HealthView:

1. Create your account. Go to healthview.dukehealth.org, click "Create an account," and walk through the steps. Skip this if you already have created an account.
2. One time activation. Log in to healthview.dukehealth.org, and activate your clinical access by going to the left hand column and clicking first on "Preferences" and then "Clinical Activation." On the Clinical Activation page, enter the code "DUKEGIMPILOTOPCA" and click "ACTIVATE." Then log off and log back in.
3. View your results. On the left hand column, click "Clinical" and then "Medical Records" to see a list of recent tests. Click the test name to view the test. Remember that no test results will be visible until seven days after they were provided to your doctor.

Your participation in accessing your clinical results online is voluntary. All patients having tests performed by DGIM providers will continue to receive a letter in the mail discussing their results.
