Our clinic offers comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults to determine if patients are experiencing difficulties due to attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

Patients or guardians and teachers will be asked to complete a packet of forms including a history questionnaire and rating scales.

Once the packet is returned to us, an appointment will be scheduled.

During this appointment, the patient or guardian will be asked to complete a computer-based interview that asks about a range of symptoms. Additionally, the patient and guardian will be interviewed at length by the clinician regarding symptoms of ADHD as well as any other areas of concern.

Feedback is given with regard to diagnosis and treatment recommendations at the end of the visit. A written report summarizing the findings is provided approximately one month after the appointment.

We provide individualized treatment recommendations that improve your difficulties at home, school, work, and in your relationships. We also assist you with coordinating your care across physicians, teachers, and mental health providers.
