Duke ADHD Clinic offers school consultations to assist in identifying a child’s educational and behavioral needs at school and developing and implementing a plan to meet those needs.

School consultation services are available to families who have been evaluated through the clinic as well as to families who have sought evaluations elsewhere.

If you have not been seen in our clinic previously, we will schedule an intake session to review your child’s school records and previous evaluations, and to discuss with you your concerns and goals for the consultation.
