Parking: There are several reserved parking spaces for CCFH patients on the Willard Street side of the building (facing DATA bus transfer station). Parking is also available in the visitor spots in the main parking lot and in the lot at the Durham Center. Parallel parking is available on surrounding streets.
Initial evaluations can take up to two hours.
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to complete paperwork or bring completed packet of forms to first appointment. Please bring exact dosage information of any current medication and copies of your past medical records.
We are not responsible for unattended children, so please make arrangements for siblings or any other children in your care during the time of the appointment.
We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. We understand that emergencies can happen and ask that patients call us regarding any appointment that needs to be canceled.
