I want to say thank you to Thomas D'Amico, MD, and his staff, and also to the staff of anesthesiologists present at surgery.

From the pre-operative appointment to the day I arrived for surgery on February 22, I had total confidence in the ability of the doctor and staff. I came to surgery with very little apprehension or fear. The procedure was a lobectomy, and it went very well. I continue to improve daily.

I also commend the hospital and staff for a very comfortable stay. Duke University Hospital and its doctors and staff absolutely deserve their wonderful reputation.
