Duke Urgent Care received accreditation from The Joint Commission (JCAHO) in December of 2006.

This accreditation is an outward demonstration of the excellent care provided to every patient seen in our primary care network.

As part of the certification, Duke Urgent Care undergoes a recertification visit every three years to validate its consistent excellence.

Founded in 1951, the Joint Commission is dedicated to continuously improving the safety and quality of the nation’s health care through voluntary accreditation.

This accreditation demonstrates Duke Urgent Care's commitment to provide high quality care to its patients.
