Duke University Hospital Top Ranked, Too
Duke University Hospital came in at 8th place overall. Duke is the only hospital in North Carolina and the Southeast ranked in the top 10.
About US News Rankings
As part of the magazine's analysis of hospital care, 16 specialties were graded on patient safety, nursing services, and other care measures. Eight of those specialties at Duke cracked the top 10 in this year's rankings.
