At Duke Eye Center, we strive to provide the best service for you and care for your patients while they see an Eye Center physician.

To refer a patient to Duke Eye Center, you have two options:

• Call Duke Eye Center directly at 919-684-5977
• Call the Duke Physician Referral Network at 800-MED-DUKE (800-633-3853)

If you know the physician to which you would like to refer, you may request them at the time you call.  If you do not have a specific physician, the the first available appointment will be given in the particular specialty area you request.
