This study is evaluating the feasibility and efficacy of a new integrative therapy group that uses CBT principles and yoga-based practices (mindfulness, breathing, posturing) to help children (ages 10-12) who experience somatic complaints and psychological distress. The group will begin on March 7th and run for a 12-week period on Thursday afternoons.
