12 Weekly Sessions include:

• Integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness and yoga-based principles to learn anxiety management and general coping skills
• Relaxation techniques that include breathing exercises, body poses, guided imagery and music

• Children 8-12 years old
• Thursdays from 4 - 5:15 PM
• September 27 - December 20
• A maximum of 8 children per group
