When: Tuesday, 12/12/2006 (8 a.m. – 4:15 pm) and Wednesday, 12/13/2006 (8 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.)

Where: Duke University School of Nursing Auditorium at 307 Trent Drive (ground floor), Durham, NC 27705.

Who: DUHS physicians, staff, administration, patients, and invited colleagues.

How: Pre-register for this free event by registering online.

Materials: Materials for satellite broadcast sessions are posted online at the IHI's site. Please check back frequently to see if additional presentations have been added.

Why:

  • You will earn CME or CEU credits (Nursing or Human Resources) for attending these presentations.
  • Dr. Donald Berwick, IHI’s inspiring leader will launch the Forum with a vivid plenary address. The theme of this year’s conference is “Building a Health Care System that Works. Here. There. Everywhere.”
  • Eight additional presentations will add to your knowledge about managing change, partnering with our patients in new and creative ways, and measuring progress in the world of health care.
