- Description:
The Duke Getting on Track Weight Loss Program is an eight-week weight loss program focused on the mental and physical components of lifestyle change that will help you find a life-long healthy weight.
As part of this program, you will:
- Participate in seven interactive classes taught by a dietician, exercise physiologist, and licensed counselor
- Receive a healthy dinner at the start of each class
- Be allowed to exercise in their gym on Thursday nights
- Get individual prescriptions for your nutritional needs and exercise intensity needs based off of your specific requirements
- Learn how to apply skills and knowedge you acquired are applied and discussed
- Be eligible to participate in the group support sessions with Staying on Track to maintain your healthy weight loss
