Getting in Shape After Baby

Bring baby and practice movements to regain core stability and strength. This 6 week series of classes is targeted to new moms who are just beginning to exercise after pregnancy. Moms should be at least 6 weeks but not greater than 3 months postpartum when beginning class. If you experienced a cesarean birth, please bring medical clearance from your physician to exercise. Join us immediately afterward for “Motherhood: The New Reality Show”.

Infant Massage

This 4 week series will introduce mothers to the basics of infant massage. Infants ages 1 month – 6 months may participate. Plan to attend all four classes (April 1, 8, 15, 22). Please call Debbie Carter (477-2644) if you have questions about your infant participating in this class.

Coping with Change and Losses Support Group

The support group provides a nurturing, supportive, and confidential environment for participants to share their feelings, thoughts and pain about their individual loss(es). The environment is conducive to learning from others that you are not alone in your journey through the pain.

A class touching on general information for expectant parents regarding the basics of baby care (feeding, bathing, diapering, etc.). A practical demonstration utilizing a baby model will be offered.
