This 4 class series (January 31,February 2,7,9, 2006) will include information on: signs of labor, stages of labor, comfort measures, pain management options, role of the coach, breathing techniques, vaginal and cesarean births, coping with unexpected outcomes, and hospital routines. Expectant parents are encouraged to complete the series between 33-37 weeks of pregnancy. Register early by calling 919-416-DUKE (919-416-3853). Fee - $80

Your children's future financial well-being depends greatly on what you teach them about earning, spending and saving as they are growing up. If kids start learning about money when they are young, by the time they reach high school they should be better able to distinguish between wants and needs, use credit wisely, and understand the basics of saving and investing.
Prostate Cancer Clinic

Newly diagnosed prostate cancer patients will receive a one-hour consultation and evaluation by three different physicians that specialize in urologic, medical, and radiation oncology.
