Fitness, Fun, and Food: Habits for a Lifetime

8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
June 23 - 27, 8:30am-2:30pm (Friday will be 8:30am-12noon) Open to children 10-12 years old. Have summer fun while learning basic cooking skills, nutritious ideas for bag lunches, healthy snacks, and fancy foods. Enjoy crafts and fitness fun! Campers will help prepare healthy snacks and lunch each day. Breakfast snacks provided. Limited enrollment. Fee - $75

Getting in Shape After Baby

10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Bring baby and practice movements to regain core stability and strength. This 6 week series of classes is targeted to new moms who are just beginning to exercise after pregnancy. Moms should be at least 6 weeks but not greater than 3 months postpartum when beginning class. If you experienced a cesarean birth, please bring medical clearance from your physician to exercise. Join us immediately afterward for “Motherhood: The New Reality Show”.

A class focusing on the decision to breastfeed including information on: advantages and barriers to breastfeeding; how to establish breastfeeding routines; techniques to accomplish satisfactory breastfeeding; how to recognize and avoid potential challenges. Dad/Support Person encouraged to attend with Mom. Fee - $15
