Getting in Shape After Baby

Bring baby and practice movements to regain core stability and strength. This 6 week series of classes is targeted to new moms who are just beginning to exercise after pregnancy. Moms should be at least 6 weeks but not greater than 3 months postpartum when beginning class. If you experienced a cesarean birth, please bring medical clearance from your physician to exercise.

The group provides a place where patients can meet others going through similar experiences and can gain support and friendship. This is an informal group that meets the 2nd Tuesday night each month from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
