This 2 class series (November 17&18, 2007) will include information on: signs of labor, stages of labor, comfort measures, pain management options, role of the coach, breathing techniques, vaginal and cesarean births, coping with unexpected outcomes, and hospital routines. Bring baby and practice movements to regain core stability and strength. This 6 week series of classes is targeted to new moms who are just beginning to exercise after pregnancy. Moms should be at least 6 weeks to 3 months postpartum. If you experienced a cesarean birth, please bring medical clearance from your physician to exercise.
