Getting in Shape After Baby

Bring baby and practice movements to regain core stability and strength. This 6 week series of classes is targeted to new moms who are just beginning to exercise after pregnancy. Moms should be at least 6 weeks to 3 months postpartum. If you experienced a cesarean birth, please bring medical clearance from your physician to exercise. Join us immediately after for “Motherhood: The New Reality Show”.

Open to those moms and dads/support persons who are having a scheduled Cesarean birth. The class will cover information specific to this birth process and the recovery period. Fee - $20


Low-Glycemic Diet Support Group

Information and support for those who are using a low-glycemic or low-carbohydrate approach to diet, along with exercise and stress management, to stabilize blood sugar, improve cardiovascular health, and lose weight.
