This 2 class series (March 4&5,2006) will include information on: signs of labor, stages of labor, comfort measures, pain management options, role of the coach, breathing techniques, vaginal and cesarean births, coping with unexpected outcomes, and hospital routines. This weekend series includes information on: signs of labor, stages of labor, comfort measurements, alternative pain management options, active coaching technique, breathing and relaxation techniques, massage therapy, vaginal and Cesarean births, positive ways to cope with unexpected outcomes, private birth plan consultation, and birthing center routines.
